Rotary Screw Vacuum Pumps

Zorn offers oil-lubricated rotary screw vacuum pumps manufactured by Quincy. These vacuum pumps can be used in almost any industrial application and are extremely reliable and easy to install. They use a modulating inlet valve to automatically control vacuum levels and are highly efficient. Zorn offers rotary screw vacuum pumps from 7½ through 200 hp with flows from 155 to 3000 acfm.

Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

Rotary vane vacuum pumps are available in both dry-running and oil-lubricated configurations. They typically consume less floor space than rotary screw pumps and are perfect for almost any application. Examples include printing, small industrial, and medical/surgical. Zorn offers rotary vane vacuum pumps from Rietschle and Powerex in sizes ranging from 1 through 50 hp with flows from 7 to 900 acfm.

Rotary Claw Vacuum Pumps

Rotary claw vacuum pumps have a similar footprint to rotary vane units. They are dry-running pumps that operate with a multi-claw rotor design that offers excellent performance with superior reliability. Zorn carriess claw vacuum pumps from Rietschle in 3 through 15 hp with flows from 43 to 353 acfm.

Regenerative Vacuum Pumps

Regenerative vacuum pumps are available in both single and multi-stage designs. They are oil-less in operation and can achieve vacuum levels up to 24" Hg continuous duty. Zorn offers regenerative vacuum pumps from Rietschle in sizes up to 18 hp with flows up to 371 acfm.
