Positive Displacement Blowers

Positive displacement rotary blowers are perfect for almost any industrial or wastewater application. They operate using two impellers rotating in opposite directions and offer excellent versatility in both pressure and flow. Zorn offers blowers and blower packages from Tuthill in both air-cooled and water cooled configurations, as well as two-lobe and 3-lobe designs.

Radial & Regenerative Blowers

Radial & Regenerative blowers are well suited for lower pressure applications. They typically operate at pressure measured in inches of water rather than psi and are perfect for point of use application such as aeration. They are also used quite often in the printing industry on presses and bindery equipment. Zorn offers both radial and regenerative blowers from Rietschle.

Centrifugal Blowers

Centrifugal blowers operate by means of dynamic compression. They typically operate at higher speeds and utilize velocity to generate pressure. Zorn offers centrifugal blowers from Continental that are typically used for larger industrial applications such as material conveying and central low pressure systems. We also carry the ACI line of centrifugal blowers. Typically used for point of use blow-off applications, ACI blowers, together with engineered air knifes, provide substantial operating cost savings in comparison to using compressed air for blow-off applications.
